Hebei Zheng Xing Glass Co., Ltd. has two production workshops with an area of 1500m², each workshop can hold 11 production lines, 31 ZP18CW bottle-making machines, 8 WAC22 ampoule production lines, 6 automatic detection equipment, and can be used for product baking. All production lines to achieve single-machine annealing to ensure the consistency of products, all products can realize automatic detection, and strengthen the process control, so as to ensure that the products meet the requirements of users.

The company's laboratory is fully equipped with: High-precision horizontal dilatometer, digital stress tester, electric heating air blowing drying oven, autoclaving pot, digital display vertical axis deviation, photoelectric analysis balance, clarity detector, electric heating constant temperature water bath, high and low temperature alternation damp heat test box and other experimental equipment, It can complete the physical and chemical properties of glass containers, such as methyl red neutral test, glass particle water resistance test at 98℃ and 121℃, inner surface water resistance test at 121℃, acid and alkali resistance test, linear thermal expansion coefficient and so on. All laboratory personnel are responsible for testing each batch of incoming materials to ensure the production needs, and strictly check the outgoing products to meet the needs of users.
