Founded in 2007, Hebei Zhengxing Glass Co., Ltd. is located in Luancheng District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. Our annual output reaches 600 million tubular injection vials and 600 million glass ampoules.

Adhering to the people-oriented principle, the company pursues the development guideline of "high technology, superior quality and strict management", and upholds the enterprise spirit of "innovation and exploration, pursuit of excellence, solidarity and pragmatism, high quality and high efficiency".

The company owns two standardized production workshops covering a total area of 3,000 square meters, equipped with advanced production facilities, including 40 tubular vial forming machines and 10 automatic testing devices for tubular vials. We also have 8 production lines of horizontal ampoule machines, 2 production lines of vertical ampoule machines, and 20 automatic inspection equipment for ampoules.

We have a top-grade laboratory and a professional quality inspection team with complete experimental instruments, such as high-precision horizontal dilatometers, digital vertical axis deviation testers and digital stress meters. We are capable of conducting physical and chemical tests required by national standards for glass containers, including the 98℃ and 121℃ glass particle water resistance tests, acid resistance tests, alkali resistance tests and linear thermal expansion coefficient tests. We strictly follow the specifications for the quality management of pharmaceutical packaging materials, and realize full-process quality traceability from raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery.

As a member of the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association, the company manufactures products in strict accordance with national production standards for pharmaceutical packaging materials.
Our main products include various specifications of medium borosilicate tubular injection vials, low borosilicate tubular injection vials, low borosilicate glass ampoules, medium borosilicate glass ampoules, and low borosilicate tubular oral liquid bottles. These products are widely used for the packaging of powder injections, water injections, oral liquids and biological preparations.

We have obtained registration numbers for all products in compliance with national registration requirements for pharmaceutical packaging materials, among which 6 product varieties have been upgraded to Category A. Compatibility tests have been carried out on all products to provide preliminary data support for pharmaceutical enterprises' consistency evaluation.
